2. Intellectual Property Rights
All custom software, designs, source code, and deliverables created for clients under statement of work agreements are fully owned by the client upon final settlement, as specified in individual master service agreements.
3. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Codeblink Solutions Inc. be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our digital platforms.
